The $20 off has ended.
I record it live on the 24th and everything lands in your inbox the Monday after. You're buying it before it exists, which is the whole reason it's $20 less right now.
You've done melatonin. You've done magnesium. You still shouldn't need a pill every single night just to stay asleep.
You don't. A lot of women don't.
And that 3 AM wake-up isn't only costing you sleep. It's one of the reasons the belly won't budge no matter what you do at dinner. And it's why the fog never really lifts.
So let's fix your sleep. Then we watch what happens to the waistline.
What you get
What's not in it
You know the one. Not the falling-asleep problem. The other one.
It’s 3 AM. You’re awake, you’re overheating, sheets kicked off. And your brain has decided that right now is the perfect moment to run the grocery list, replay the whole day, and flip through a slideshow of random nonsense like a Viewmaster.
You lie there.
You finally drift off around 4:30. Then the alarm goes and the day starts anyway.
And you’ve done the things. Melatonin. Magnesium. Still no proper rest. And somewhere in there you thought, I shouldn’t have to take a pill every single night just to stay asleep.
You’re right.
So that’s what the next fourteen nights are for. One change each, in the order that makes them work, and not one thing on the list that comes in a bottle.
What’s included
I record it live with you on Thursday, September 24. The whole thing lands in your inbox the Monday after.
One tool per video, short enough that you actually finish them. Why 3 AM and not 1 AM. What your dinner has to do with whether you stay down. And the 20 minutes after you wake, and what to do in them so you get back to sleep instead of lying there doing math.
Two weeks, one change at a time, in order. Not fourteen things to do at once. Fourteen nights where you’re only ever doing the next one.
Ninety minutes live with me and real questions from real women. If you can’t make 7pm, fine. The replay is yours and it doesn’t expire.
Two lines a night. It’s the only thing that will tell you which change actually did it, because after two weeks your memory won’t.
You keep it. Every video I add, every sheet I fix, you get it free, for as long as this thing exists.
By Friday you’ll know what’s actually happening in your body at 3 AM, which of the four things you’ve been trying is working against you, and you’ll have night one already done. Fourteen nights after that you’ll have a tracker that tells you the truth instead of a feeling.
Takes you back up to checkout. $27 until Sunday midnight, then $47.
What’s inside
There’s a reason it’s rarely 1 AM and rarely 5. Two things are happening in the middle of your night and they used to be balanced by something you no longer have much of. Once you see the shape of it, the wake-up stops feeling random, which by itself takes some of the dread out of going to bed.
This is the video that surprises everyone. What you ate at 6:30 and how you built that plate has more to do with whether you stay down than anything you do at 10pm. One woman on my paid list had already worked this out with a glucose monitor on her own arm, and wrote to tell me the protein timing stopped her wake-ups. That’s the one.
Not a lecture, and I’m not taking it away from you. Just what actually happens to the second half of your night, and how to place it so you get the glass on the patio and the sleep. Both. There’s a way to do this.
What to do when you’re already awake at 3:07 and furious about it. Shortest video in the course. The one women email me about.

Who this is for
Who this is not for
If you want a supplement protocol, this isn’t it, and I’d rather say so now than take your $27. There are no supplement recommendations anywhere in this course. It’s food, timing, light, and what you do in the twenty minutes after you wake up. If that sounds too simple to work, I understand, and you should skip this one.
Also, if you have a diagnosed sleep disorder, or you snore in a way that worries the person next to you, please talk to your own provider first. I’m a researcher, not your doctor, and some of this needs somebody who can examine you.
Clarity before you commit
Yes, and plenty of the women in here are. Hormone therapy restores some of the signal. This is the part it doesn’t cover, and a lot of women told me in my survey that HRT helped their nights some and not enough.
Because most of what you tried was aimed at getting you to sleep, and your problem is staying asleep. Two different problems, two different causes, and the second one is barely addressed anywhere. Look at your own list. Melatonin, magnesium, a dark room. All front-of-the-night tools for a middle-of-the-night problem.
No. Come if you can, because that’s the night you get to ask me things. If you can’t, the recording is yours and it doesn’t expire. Same course either way.
I record it live on Thursday, September 24. Everything, the course, the 14-Night Plan and the tracker, is in your inbox the Monday after. That’s the whole reason it’s $27 until Sunday midnight instead of $47. You’re buying before it exists, so you pay less for it.
About 45 minutes of video, in five-minute pieces. Then fourteen nights where the work is one small change and two lines in the tracker.

Your host
Hi, I’m Kay, The Menopause Professor.
I’m a research scientist. For thirty-plus years my actual job has been reading what sits underneath the headline, the studies paid for by somebody and the ones that aren’t. Nobody pays me to recommend you a supplement, which is exactly why there aren’t any in here.
I built this one because I asked 91 women what was driving them most crazy, and eighteen of them said the same thing about the middle of the night.
